Hanover Launches a Mobile App for its Hanover & Citizens Policyholders

 

Worcester-based P&C insurer, Hanover, has announced a mobile app to allow users to manage their account online. With Hanover Mobile, users have access to their policy information including: viewing their policy number, policy term, deductible and more. Also, they will have full access to their coverage information, and will be able to view their auto ID cards. Additional features include: access to roadside assistance, step-by-step instructions on how to file a claim, bill pay, and 24/7 customer support.

 

I spotted one 5-star review:

“Nice app. Very impressive font selection. Easy on eyes. I can view all my policy details, pay bills, all related contact info for Hanover, agents. Good information for roadside assistance too. But the app currently lacking Claims though. Hope Hanover will add this in future.”

 

This is a big step for the B2B2C insurer that operates through independent agents and has shown no intention of going direct.
