Guevara 2.0 In the Works

Guevara, the London-based P2P car insurance provider that was shut down late last year, after a failed attempt to become a digital insurer, is working on something new.

Ol’ Guevara:

New Guevara:

By the look of things, the company is working on a solution for home insurance. “Stay tuned for future updates as we will be shaking up the way you do home, auto, life, motorcycle, and small-business insurance policies.” One can see why one has a hard time believing…

Let’s move on…to another P2P player. Recall RiskPool:

The Ohio-based startup was established in 2013 by Doug Vahey to offer P2P property insurance “where you keep profits.” Doug is now a cofounder of a stealthy startup that is developing “insurance on the blockchain”. In other words, RiskPool no more – that is, as of Oct. 2017.
