Guesty raises $130 million

Guesty, a property management software platform for the short-term rental and hospitality industry, announced a $130 million Series F funding round led by KKR, with participation from Inovia Capital, Apax, BDT & MSD Partners and Sixth Street.

Operating in over 80 countries, Guesty’s platform provides both enterprise and SMB property managers as well as individual hosts with the necessary tools to manage the entire rental journey. The platform offers a variety of solutions which centralize reservations, guest communication, operational tasks, cleaning management and more across all the major booking OTA channels, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Expedia, Agoda, direct booking websites and more.

In 2022, Guesty launched Damage Protection, which covers rental properties’ contents from guest damages in the US and Mexico. Coverage amounts range between $3,000 and $20,000.

Guesty’s new funding will be used for expansion across the US, enhancing vacation rental offerings with innovative features.
