Guardian Life is working on a new digital platform

Guardian Digital, Guardian’s “well-capitalized incubator” behind Guardian Direct and Dental Exchange, is working on a new platform. The incubator is building benworks, a soon-to-be launched digital platform for small business owners to purchase employer-sponsored benefits online.

Based on the site, users provide “a little bit of information” and a budget and the benworks platform recommends benefit options including ICHRA, dental and vision. Users can then pick plans, decide how much to contribute, and invite employees to sign up for the benefits they want.
