Green Shield Risk Solutions acquires CartoFront

Green Shield Risk Solutions , a provider of wildfire risk analytics and insurability tools, has acquired CartoFront , an insurtech platform that integrates flood insurance insights into real estate workflows.

As part of the deal, CartoFront CEO Jason Harris joins Green Shield as SVP of Channel Partnerships. The acquisition expands Green Shield’s reach into the real estate sector, accelerating the rollout of its Property Guardian InsurAble tool, which estimates insurability, measures wildfire risk, and connects buyers with brokers for bindable quotes.

CartoFront’s real estate partnerships are expected to help Green Shield scale its solutions nationwide.
