Gradient AI launches workers’ comp FNOL triage tool

Gradient AI  has launched ClaimVoyant, an AI-driven triage tool designed to help workers’ compensation carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers identify potentially complex or high-cost claims at first notice of loss.

The solution analyzes FNOL data to assess claim complexity, including the impact of comorbidities and underlying health conditions, which can increase claim costs by three to four times. With a reported match rate exceeding 90%, ClaimVoyant enables earlier intervention, supporting decisions around staffing, care management, and whether additional medical insights are needed.

The tool is positioned as a front-end layer in the claims workflow, offering deployment via API, portal, and core system integrations, and is intended to improve claim outcomes by flagging cases that may require proactive handling.

ClaimVoyant is currently available for workers’ compensation, with plans to expand into additional lines of business.
