Goosehead upgrades its mobile app in 2025

Goosehead Insurance has steadily upgraded its mobile app throughout the year, rolling out a series of updates focused on usability, self service, and policy access rather than flashy feature launches.

Early releases concentrated on stability, with multiple versions dedicated to performance improvements and bug fixes. From there, Goosehead introduced navigation changes, a redesigned homepage, and a clearer policy list view. An updated account tab followed, giving customers faster access to personal details and support resources.

Midyear updates added more functional insurance tools. Policyholders can now request documents directly in the app, access carrier portals for insurers such as Progressive, Safeco, and Travelers, and complete simple renewals without agent involvement when no changes are required. Claim guides for home and auto were also added to help customers understand next steps when something goes wrong.

More recent releases focused on polish and convenience, including improvements to login, customer experience refinements, and support for adding ID cards to Apple Wallet.

On Google Play, the Goosehead Insurance app shows more than 10,000 downloads, while Apple does not publicly disclose total download figures for iOS apps.
