Global Aerospace adds Polaris Aero to safety program

Global Aerospace has added Polaris Aero  to its SM4 Aviation Safety Program, expanding access to cloud-based safety intelligence for insured operators.

The partnership brings Polaris’ VOCUS Safety Intelligence platform—including FlightRisk, GroundRisk, and VOCUS SMS—to Global’s U.S. Vista Elite clients who are new to Polaris, with tailored subscriptions based on operational size and needs.

Existing Polaris customers insured by Global can select add-ons such as FOQA/FDM, ASAP, and Safety Culture Surveys. The move is designed to help operators shift from compliance-driven safety to proactive, data-led risk management within their safety management systems.

Launched in 2010, SM4 provides safety resources and tools to Global Aerospace clients, with the insurer committing more than $7.5 million to the program to date.
