GetInsured to power Oregon’s state-based marketplace
GetInsured signed a multi-year contract with the State of Oregon to develop a fully autonomous State-Based Marketplace, transitioning from its current federal platform. The move will give Oregon full control over its health insurance exchange operations starting in 2027.
The implementation includes GetInsured’s cloud-based SaaS platform for eligibility and enrollment and an integrated call center designed to simplify the customer experience. The system will provide state representatives with unified access to resident information to streamline support and improve responsiveness.
Oregon joins other states—including Pennsylvania, Virginia, Georgia, and Nevada—that use GetInsured’s platform to manage health coverage enrollment. The new marketplace aims to expand access to affordable insurance and improve health equity statewide while leveraging a shared, scalable infrastructure that supports faster policy updates and long-term cost efficiency.
