Gainline backs Flagship Power

Gainline Capital Partners has purchased a majority interest in Flagship Power, an electricity company founded by Utility Rescue Holdings last year.

The management team of Flagship will remain in place, and Utility Rescue remains a significant shareholder of the company.

There’s an insurance angle to the story.

The Utility Rescue white label platform allows partners to generate additional revenue by offering bill negotiation and other services. The negotiation service – Flagship PLUS –  will be offered to Flagship’s electricity customers with the goal to save them money on other services like insurance or even rooftop solar.
