Fulcrum acquires Megaphone
Fulcrum Inc has acquired Megaphone, bringing its co-founders into the company as part of the deal.

Albert Hu joins as founding product manager and Catherine Chang as founding product designer. The pair previously built Megaphone, a platform focused on onchain marketing campaigns that scaled to more than five million users and supported brands including Coinbase and Forbes.
Megaphone developed tools for launching tokens and NFTs, collecting user data, and analyzing onchain identity and engagement. The platform processed tens of millions of campaign actions and millions of form responses.

Founded in 2023 and based in San Francisco, Fulcrum Inc provides insurance agencies and brokers with AI tools that automate manual tasks such as proposal creation, policy checking, and coverage comparisons. Instead of spending hours reviewing data, account managers can complete these workflows in minutes, allowing them to focus on growing their book of business.
The company has grown to around 40 employees, with headcount increasing about 150% over the past year. It has raised $25 million to date, including a Series A round in late January 2026.
It is now adding product and design talent as it expands its platform.
