Foyer partners with Prosperity Home Mortgage on homebuyer savings

Foyer has entered a national partnership with Prosperity Home Mortgage to help future and first time homebuyers prepare earlier for homeownership, with a focus on saving for a down payment.

Under the partnership, Prosperity will make Foyer’s savings and education platform available to prospective buyers who may be months away from being mortgage ready. The platform offers guided savings tools, credit education, and access to live advisors, with some eligible consumers able to receive a savings match to accelerate down payment progress. The goal is to support buyers before pre approval, helping them build financial readiness and confidence over time.

Prosperity Home Mortgage is a subsidiary of HomeServices of America , a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, and operates in 49 jurisdictions across the U.S.

Founded in 2022, Foyer operates in the housing affordability space and raised $6.2 million in a seed round last year, with participation from Clocktower Technology Ventures and Hometeam Ventures.
