FNZ raises $500 million

FNZ has secured $500 million in new equity from its existing institutional shareholders.

The funding will strengthen the company’s balance sheet and support continued investment in technology, operations, and customer delivery.

FNZ currently manages $1.7 trillion in assets across 650+ financial institutions and 12,000 wealth managers.

The capital will help FNZ sharpen its strategic focus as it works to modernize the wealth management industry and expand its global platform.
