FMIC introduces self service portal
Frederick Mutual Insurance , provider of small business and homeowner’s insurance in the mid-Atlantic region, paired up with BriteCore , a provider of next-generation core software solutions for insurers, to provide an app where policyholders can ‘easily’ access their insurance information from their personal electronic devices.
FMIC customers can now access new, digital self-service capabilities such as policy management, making online payments, filing claims, contacting agents, uploading photos and more. The company claims that this self-service app will save time for Frederick Mutual staff and agents as call volumes and processing time get reduced through policyholders inputting information via my.frederickmutualinsurance.com.
