First Ever Insurance Against Unpaid Rent in Switzerland

The Swiss startup, established in 2017 and led by Pascal-Henri Vuilleumier and David Pivoda, is targeting apartment owners with coverage that offers protection for 9 months against unpaid rent, and protection against property damage caused by the tenant for up to ~$20k. Coverage premium is estimated at $395 a year. Last, coverage is underwritten by Generali.

Bottom Line: currently targeting apartment owners with plans to target villa owners “in the coming weeks”.
