Everest Launches Online Portal For Special Event Coverage

Specialty Insurance Group (SIG), a unit of Everest Insurance and a member of the Everest Re Group companies, announced the release of an online portal for brokers and clients to obtain immediate liability coverage for special events. “The SIG special event, portal-driven program is the first in a series of offerings that will be released in the coming months. The state of the art portal will be a way for our customers to receive quotes and binders, and pay their premiums online. It is part of an effort to make the insurance purchasing process for special events as efficient as possible for our clients” – Head of Everest’s Specialty Insurance Group, David Harris.

The SIG special event portal will enable brokers to secure instant liability coverage for events such as concerts, conferences, garden shows, and festivals. Coverage is provided through Everest National Insurance Company.
