Envest merges Aviso Broking with PSC Insurance Brokers
Envest has announced the merger of Aviso Broking and PSC Insurance Brokers, bringing together two 100% Envest-owned insurance brokerages under a unified leadership structure. Aviso Broking, previously part of the Aviso Group network, operates across the eastern seaboard, while PSC Insurance Brokers has a national footprint with 22 branches and nearly 400 employees.
The integration, set to be completed within six months, will see Aviso Broking transition to the PSC Insurance Brokers brand. The combined business, led by PSC CEO Benjamin Goodall, will serve more than 50,000 clients and manage $920 million in gross written premium (GWP). Key leadership appointments include:
- Katherine Oxnard – Regional Executive North
- Paul McLean – Regional Executive Mid
- Karl Truijens – Regional Executive South
- Caroline Jackman – Regional Executive West
- Luke Eagle – Head of Sales
- Chris Nitchov – Head of Corporate & Specialty
- Mark Johnston – Head of Claims
Existing leadership roles, including Darren Fenech (COO), William O’Brien (Regional Manager NZ), and Kirsty Roster (CEO Workcover & SafeX), remain unchanged.
PSC Insurance Brokers will now operate with 30 branches nationwide and over 500 employees, enhancing service consistency across Australia. Office relocations are already underway, with Sydney locations consolidated.
