Entrata expands into insurance
Property management software giant Entrata is moving deeper into residents’ lives having launched Homebody RXP back in May. The Resident Experience platform combines rent payments, maintenance requests, and on-demand lifestyle services — plus a growing suite of insurance offerings.

Powered by Amenify , the platform gives renters access to housekeeping, pet care, grocery delivery, and other home services. Residents receive $300 in annual Amenify credits and can book services directly through the Homebody RXP app or web portal, supported by Amenify’s seven-day concierge team.
The expansion follows Entrata’s October 2024 launch of Homebody, a marketplace developed in partnership with Red Ventures , the parent company of Bankrate, Allconnect, and MyMove. The Marketplace allows residents to compare and purchase essential services like internet, utilities, and financial products while offering property managers new tools to drive retention and incremental revenue.
Entrata has also extended the Homebody brand into insurance. Homebody Insurance Agency is appointed with more than a dozen carriers — including QBE, Markel, Assurant, Safeco, Jewelers Mutual, American Modern, Clearcover, Dairyland, Foremost, Stillwater, Sutton National, Trisura, and Liberty Mutual — signaling a move to make insurance a built-in part of the resident experience.
That said, many of these are affinity-style partnerships; when users are redirected from Homebody to an insurer’s page — whether it’s Jewelers Mutual or Prudent Pet — the experience varies, ranging from requesting a callback to completing the purchase outside the Homebody brand.
