eMaxx launches commercial property program

eMaxx Assurance Group has launched a commercial property insurance program for building owners that meet defined risk-management standards for hurricanes, wildfires and other catastrophe exposures.

The program targets properties that qualify as Highly Protected Risk Catastrophe risks based on factors including construction quality, fire protection, proactive maintenance and hazard management. Policies are issued by an A.M. Best A-rated insurer, with the policyholder-owned eMaxx Reciprocal Insurance Exchange participating as a reinsurer. Additional limits are available through facultative reinsurance.

The offering operates as a variable-cost insurance program through eCaptiv, eMaxx’s sponsored captive with protected cell structures.

Participating businesses also become subscribers of the Arkansas-domiciled reciprocal and may benefit from favorable program performance. The program is available through qualifying brokers and agents.
