Elafris picks up another partner
Not long after Elafris secured a partnership with the emerging home insurance provider Hippo, it’s now announcing a similar partnership with Jupiter Auto, a regional MGA for auto insurance. The partnership will allow Jupiter Auto to offer its customers the ability to quote and purchase auto insurance using a chatbot. I caught up with Elafris founder Jake Diner which explained insurers’ interest in integrating chatbots into the quoting process as the combo of a clear value proposition (think: a communication medium of choice that allows customers to start and/or pick up a conversation at any time) with a measurable ROI. Have a look at the current web flow of Jupiter Auto:
BTW, seems like Jupiter Auto isn’t a fan of Tesla:
Bottom Line: a trend – just yesterday Next Insurance announced the launch of a chatbot. Look here (announcement) and here (flow).
