Edward Rose & Sons signs multi-year contract with Assurant

Assurant has signed a multi-year contract with Michigan-based Edward Rose & Sons , a privately-held real estate development and management company.

As part of the partnership, Assurant will be the preferred provider of renters insurance for Edward Rose & Sons’s 158 communities comprising over 70,000 units.
