Ebix acquires WDEV software player

Global SaaS player Ebix announced the acquisition of Rio De Janeiro based WDEV, a specialized software and services firm focused primarily on the insurance marketplace since 2012, as it looks to become the largest one-stop insurance software services provider in Brazil. Fun Fact: WDEV has secured the attention of RSA Seguros and Bradesco Seguros, one of the largest insurance companies in Brazil.
