Duuo expands into home and auto insurance

Duuo Insurance Services , the embedded insurance arm of Co-operators, is now offering Home and Auto coverage in addition to its existing suite of insurance products.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Toronto, Duuo began with niche products like tenant, event, and vendor insurance. With the launch of Home and Auto, the platform now covers more traditional needs while maintaining its digital-first, API-powered model. The products are underwritten by Co-operators General Insurance Company and are currently available in select provinces.
