Duck Creek expands to the Indian market

Duck Creek Technologies India LLP, a unit of Duck Creek Technologies , is now available in India. They’re bringing their cloud-based services to Indian insurance companies. They have set up a data center in India and have about 1,000 employees here.

They’re working with HDFC Ergo . Duck Creek’s software will help HDFC Ergo release new products more quickly and improve how they serve their customers.

Duck Creek’s services, which have been used by big insurance companies worldwide, will help Indian insurers improve their offerings. Shaji Sethu from Duck Creek said they’re eager to give Indian insurance companies advanced tools to serve customers better, any time and from any device.

The Indian insurance market was worth $127 billion in 2021, with $30 billion from non-life insurance. It’s expected to grow a lot by 2027, which is a great opportunity for Duck Creek.
