DOXA acquires CPH Insurance

DOXA announced the acquisition of CPH Insurance, a Chicago-based specialty MGA providing professional liability products for mental health, allied health and healthcare professionals.

Established in 2000 by founder and President Phil Hodson to specifically serve the mental health sector, CPH Insurance provides insurance products to over 250,000 insureds across the US. CPH Insurance launched its first online quote in 2008 and today sells a majority of policies online through straight-through-processing technology. CPH also partners with organizations to utilize a proprietary underwriting platform that enables full policy life cycle management and digital distribution.

Policies purchased through CPH Insurance are underwritten by Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company.

Everyone at DOXA looks forward to working with the team at CPH Insurance as they continue to grow and offer new solutions to allied health professionals.” – Matt Sackett, CEO and co-founder of DOXA.

Partnering with DOXA allows us to maintain autonomy while gaining additional insurance industry experience and back-office support. We are excited to work with DOXA as we grow our footprint in the marketplace and expand our product offerings.” – President and Founder of CPH Insurance Phil Hodson.
