Doorvest acquires Rubik

Doorvest , a real estate investing platform, has acquired Rubik , a company specializing in sourcing off-market single-family rental (SFR) properties.

The acquisition aims to expand Doorvest’s offerings by integrating Rubik’s technology and institutional-grade sourcing tools, providing everyday investors access to exclusive real estate deals.

Since its launch in 2021, Rubik has worked with institutional SFR buyers, facilitating transactions for hundreds of properties across the U.S. This move enables Doorvest to double its acquisition volume, expand into new markets, and offer high-quality off-market inventory to its customers, leveling the playing field for individual investors.

Doorvest partners with insurance providers such as Obie and Steadily.
