District Cover raises $6 million

Small business insurance broker District Cover has closed a $6 million funding round led by IA Capital, with participation from Mosaic, Impact America Fund, a16z, Amwins, Liquid2, and Vantage Risk, the startup’s primary capacity provider.

Founded in 2022, the Nashville, TN-based startup offers a commercial insurance property and general liability package. In the last year, District Cover expanded beyond New York into the Southeast and received over 10,000 applications.
