Digital insurer in the making

Johannesburg-based short-term insurer Infiniti Insurance has introduced Infiniti Online, an online platform for the entire on-boarding process, from choosing the appropriate coverage, making payments, to submitting claims. At one point, CEO Sharon Paterson called out one challenge facing insurers, which is to move the market into areas where people have previously not purchased coverage.
