DGTAL raises €3 million

DGTAL , an AI-powered SaaS platform for auditing insurance portfolios, has received €3m in funding to expand its innovative technology.

1750 Ventures, from German VGH Versicherungen, is the primary investor in this round, with participation from Gossmann & Cie, Swiss software firm DEON, and the DGTAL team itself.

Founded by Dr. Florian Herzog and Arndt Gossmannd in 2021, DGTAL began as a project to harness AI in analyzing unstructured data in insurance claims. Their prototype effectively unveiled new insights from vast amounts of such data, revolutionizing claims management.

Currently, DGTAL’s tech is used to review and evaluate insurance claims.
