Denim® Announces Technology Event for Insurance and Financial Services Thought Leaders
DES MOINES, Iowa (September 11, 2018) – Denim®, provider of an intelligent mobile advertising automation platform for financial services companies, has announced it will host Denim Summit 2018 in downtown Des Moines on Oct. 24 and 25. This unique event will bring together leaders from the insurance, banking, financial services, and technology industries to experience thought-provoking speakers and out-of-the-box networking opportunities.

Denim Summit 2018 speakers will bring leading viewpoints on topics relevant to the financial services industry: fintech and insurtech innovations, artificial intelligence, customer experience, digital marketing, and more. The current lineup includes:
- Scott Campbell, senior VP and chief client officer at American National Insurance Company, a Denim customer;
- Tim Hoskins, president of Des Moines-based innovative market research firm Quester;
- Jason Andrew, co-founder and CEO of Limelight Health, an employee benefits tech company with locations in San Francisco and Des Moines; and
- Derek Hyde, CTO and SVP business development at AscendIA, the holding company of TrustedChoice.com, formed earlier this year to advance the independent agency channel with investments in innovative insurtech ventures.
Bailey will share the annual “Denim Outlook,” Denim’s point of view on the year ahead and a peek into Denim’s product roadmap. Charlie Turri, Denim’s CTO, will lead a panel discussion on the API economy.
Tiffany Tauscheck, chief strategy officer at The Greater Des Moines Partnership, will serve as the program’s emcee. Additional speakers and event details will be announced in the coming weeks.
New this year, Denim will be hosting an opening reception on the evening of Oct. 24. The reception will be held at the Denim Headquarters in Downtown Des Moines. Day two of Denim Summit 2018 starts at 8 a.m. on Oct. 25 at The River Center.
