DealerPolicy files Form D with the SEC
Williston, VT-based Polly filed its Form D with the SEC in connection to an equity/debt/option round totaling $14 million.
Established in 2015, the auto insurance intermediary is a team of approximately 100 people. It offers an insurance marketplace for automotive dealers that integrates into the car-buying process, both online and in-store using customer data already provided for vehicle financing, to provide customers with multiple insurance quotes to later connect with a licensed agent. “DealerPolicy is currently operating in nine states with plans to operate nationwide by 2020.”
According to Crunchbase, it has raised $16 million in a Seed round last year.
Finally, it’s a winner.
