Davies launches compliance consulting service
Davies announced the launch of a new compliance & regulatory consulting business in Bermuda. Davies Consulting (Bermuda) will specialize in providing insurance operations and consultancy solutions for insurance intermediaries and (re)insurers with operations in Bermuda, the UK and globally.
The Bermuda operation will complement and mirror Davies’ established operations in the UK and its team of experienced professionals in the Lloyd’s, London and International insurance markets. Davies delivers both advisory and operations support for businesses wishing to enter the UK insurance intermediary regulatory environment. The team has expertise in the UK regulatory regime of insurance intermediaries and advises on Financial Conduct Authority regulation and associated compliance requirements for those seeking to establish an insurance intermediary in the UK.
