CUBE completes acquisition of Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence and Oden Businesses

CUBE finalized its acquisition of Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence and Oden businesses on December 31, 2024. The deal expands CUBE’s customer base to approximately 1,000 clients across banking, insurance, asset management, and other regulated sectors, enhancing its compliance capabilities.

This acquisition follows CUBE’s strategic partnership with Hg and its earlier purchase of Reg-Room. In 2024, CUBE doubled its workforce to nearly 700 employees, increased its presence to 15 countries, and established six hubs for customer support.

The addition of Thomson Reuters’ regulatory expertise and content will strengthen CUBE’s AI-driven compliance platform, RegPlatform, for Tier 1 financial institutions and mid-market clients.
