CSAA appoints Bradley Lontz as EVP and CIO

CSAA Insurance Group has named Bradley Lontz as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Reporting to President and CEO Mike Zukerman, Lontz will lead CSAA’s technology division, with a focus on digital transformation, agent and customer experience, and scalable tech solutions.

Lontz most recently served as CIO at CopperPoint Insurance, where he led post-acquisition tech integration and built a cloud platform to improve efficiency. His previous roles include CIO positions at the California Dental Association and Nautilus Insurance, along with senior leadership roles at Liberty Mutual and Price Waterhouse.
