Coverfy Announces Growth by Acquisition

Barcelona-based insurance management app Coverfy announced the acquisition of the private insurance portfolio of SegurosBroker, a Madrid-based brokerage operating since 2000.

“We believe that this type of operations makes a lot of sense within our strategy of growth and positioning within the sector” – Coverfy CEO, Vicente Arias.
