Coverdash launches Claude connector for business insurance

Digital business insurance agency Coverdash has launched a Claude connector that lets eligible policyholders access and manage their commercial insurance through the AI assistant.

Users can generate and retrieve certificates of insurance, access policy documents, ask coverage questions, request endorsements and policy changes, and compare contract insurance requirements against their coverage.

The integration extends Coverdash’s embedded insurance approach into policy servicing, bringing tasks typically handled through an insurance portal or an agent into a conversational interface. The company says the connector is intended to complement the insurance professionals supporting its customers.

New York-based Coverdash is licensed in all 50 states and offers coverage from more than 40 carriers. Its embedded insurance platform allows partners across financial services, payroll, lending, and business management to integrate insurance into their products.
