Covalent Equity Partners invests in AML Analytics

Covalent Equity Partners has made a growth investment in AML Analytics, a UK-based provider of testing and validation tools for financial crime controls. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2010, AML Analytics helps regulators and financial institutions assess the effectiveness of sanctions screening and anti-money laundering systems. The company says it serves more than 50 supervisory authorities and over 1,450 financial institutions across nearly 60 countries.

The investment will support product development, including AI-powered testing tools, and international expansion. Founder and Group CEO Justin Holder will continue to lead the business alongside the existing management team.

Miami-based Covalent invests in technology companies with proprietary data and opportunities to expand their use of AI.
