Connie Health buys Clearlink’s Medicare business

Connie Health  has completed its acquisition of Clearlink’s Medicare business and closed a $40 million Series B round to fund further M&A in Medicare distribution.

Clearlink is the AI-native Medicare navigation platform’s tenth acquisition. The company frames its technology platform as the mechanism that lets it absorb and scale large books of business while keeping its local-agent model intact. The Series B was led by HealthQuest Capital, with JSL Capital and existing investors Khosla Ventures, aMoon, and Pitango HealthTech participating, bringing total funding to $85 million.

“The infrastructure we’ve built makes Clearlink’s scale a perfect fit for Connie Health. The precise combination of our advanced technology platform and our local agent model gives us the unique ability to seamlessly absorb, support, and maximize a massive book of business of this magnitude without losing the personal touch seniors deserve. We’re especially grateful for our partnership with HealthQuest Capital, which has enabled us to move decisively on opportunities like this.” – Connie Health CEO, Oded Eran.

Beyond consumer navigation, Connie Health is positioning itself as a partner to Accountable Care Organizations, health systems, and risk-bearing provider groups, connecting beneficiaries to plans earlier to help with member attribution, coverage gaps, and quality metrics in value-based contracts.
