Conifer Holdings rebrands as Presurance Holdings

Conifer Holdings has changed its name to Presurance Holdings, Inc. effective September 30, 2025, as part of a corporate rebrand aimed at reflecting the company’s next chapter.

The Michigan-based specialty insurer also updated its Nasdaq ticker: common stock trades under PRHI and its 9.75% Senior Notes due 2028 under PRHIZ. CUSIPs remain unchanged.

The company said the rebrand underscores its commitment to long-term value creation while its subsidiaries continue serving policyholders without disruption. A new corporate site will launch at PREHLD.com.
