Concert Group names Kenneth Carter CRO

Concert Group  has appointed Kenneth Carter as Chief Risk Officer in addition to his current role as Chief Claims Officer. Carter, who joined the company in October 2024, will now oversee risk management for Concert Insurance Company, Concert Specialty Insurance Company, and Harmony Re.

The role was previously held by Chief Actuary Sam LaDuca, who will continue focusing on strategic execution. Carter brings more than two decades of experience, including 24 years at Merchants Insurance Group and prior roles at Allstate. His appointment reflects Concert’s effort to strengthen its executive leadership as it scales its hybrid fronting strategy.
