Concert announces the full operational launch of Harmony Re

Concert Group announced that its risk retention platform, Harmony Re, is now fully operational with a new board of directors and the appointment of Katarina Scamborova as President.

Scamborova, who played a key role in establishing Harmony Re, will lead the platform under the leadership of Concert CEO John Hendrickson.

Harmony Re serves as a reinsurance sidecar for Concert, assuming risk from its carriers and focusing on portfolio diversification, risk, and capital management. The platform enhances Concert’s position as a hybrid fronting carrier, offering innovative solutions for top-tier reinsurers.
