Collage Launches Benefits HQ

Collage HR , a developer of HR, payroll, and benefits management software, has launched Benefits HQ, a white-labeled benefits administration platform for advisors and their clients.

The advisor-branded platform, with its “intelligent,” rule-based system, eliminates the cost and pain of late enrollments and automates complex processes, such as NEM applications, post-employment conversion of benefits, and taxable benefits management. The platform shifts the majority of the plan sponsor experience from insurer properties to the advisor’s own branded platform, which stays constant even as clients switch between insurance providers, along with giving advisors access to a curated ecosystem of technology providers and voluntary products to help them control and fulfill client demand at scale.

“Benefits HQ is a powerful innovation for Canadian advisors. We have seen firsthand how it helps advisors grow their business faster by offering the digital convenience clients expect. Just as important is that now, advisors of any size can have their own client platform independent of insurer technology, which we believe is key to enhancing the role of advisors in today’s market.” – CEO of Collage, Elijah Moore.

“Collage has shown that they understand the client-advisor relationship and are invested in enhancing it. For the first time, we can offer an advisor-centric platform that not only solves the needs of our clients, but gives us the flexibility to design custom plans and be more innovative. We’re excited to partner with Collage and offer Benefits HQ across our book of business.” – Vern Fischer of Fischer Financial Services.

“Collage has developed a tool that is easy to use, solves core administration problems, and provides great customer support. From a client perspective, it provides an excellent experience and offers a great solution to the benefits burden small-to-medium business owners face. As an independent advisor, we’re thrilled to offer Benefits HQ as an option to make our clients’ lives easier.” – President of Excel Benefit Consulting, Caroline Kugelmass.
