Coaching startup for cyclists raises $500,000
Sorius , a French startup specializing in tailor-made online cycling coaching, has closed its first financing round of €500,000 with investors from the worlds of finance, insurance and sport, accompanied by Bpifrance.
Niels Brouzes, a former professional cyclist, founded Sorius in March 2020. The team of seven provides a coaching platform that fits the consumers’ lifestyles. Its objective is to build a platform for cycling-based training and health promotion. “Sorius is coaching with a human face accessible to everyone from €9.90 per month.”
