CNA extends Atos partnership in deal worth up to $500M

CNA Insurance has extended and expanded its infrastructure and cybersecurity partnership with Atos through a new multi-year agreement valued at up to approximately $500 million, including potential extensions and additional services.

Under the deal, Atos will continue providing enterprise IT services including mainframe, network and middleware operations, digital workplace support, service desk, identity and access management, incident management, and cybersecurity.

The contract includes an initial 67-month term with options for extension.
