Clearspeed partners with 1st Central

Clearspeed has partnered with 1st Central to integrate its voice-based risk assessment technology into the UK insurer’s motor claims process. The technology is being used to accelerate the settlement of legitimate claims while improving fraud detection.

As part of the claims journey, customers are invited to answer a short series of yes/no questions by phone. Clearspeed analyzes vocal characteristics to assess risk and help 1st Central triage claims at scale. Low-risk cases are fast-tracked, allowing internal resources to focus on higher-risk claims.
