ClearScore launches DriveScore powered by Cambridge Mobile Telematics
London-based ClearScore has launched its DriveScore app to allow users to shop for auto insurance using their driving score powered by Cambridge Mobile Telematics .
The news follows ClearScore’s $200 million private equity round announced in June. The company – founded in 2015 – gives users free access to their full credit history, as well as other information about their finances, such as their accounts and payments. It also offers a marketplace that matches users with financial products based on an analysis of their financial profile.
Now, with DriveScore – available for Android users at this point – the company is helping users shop for auto insurance. “Offers provided by our insurance partners are informed by your DriveScore, meaning you get prices that are based on your driving behaviour.”
