CLARK acquires UB Partner

Berlin-based digital insurance broker CLARK is acquiring UB Partner, a Swiss financial services company offering tax optimization as well as financial, pension, and insurance advice.

UB Partner was founded in 2010 and its ~100 financial advisors prepare over 15k tax returns across several locations. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
