Cincinnati Financial announces leadership changes

Cincinnati Insurance announced leadership changes effective January 1, 2025, to refine its strategy across commercial, life, personal, and specialty insurance operations.

• Sean M. Givler will oversee commercial and life insurance operations, including Commercial Lines, Management Liability & Surety, Sales & Marketing, and The Cincinnati Life Insurance Company. Givler has been with the company for 27 years in various roles within commercial operations and agent relations.
• Will Van Den Heuvel will lead personal and specialty insurance operations, including Personal Lines, Excess & Surplus Lines, Cincinnati Re®, and Cincinnati Global Underwriters Ltd.SM. Since joining in 2014, Van Den Heuvel has expanded personal lines operations significantly.
• Teresa C. Cracas will add oversight of Corporate Marketing & Communications, Human Resources, and Policyholder Experience to her role as chief risk officer, while continuing to manage Strategic Planning, Actuarial, Reinsurance Ceded, and Strategic Innovation.

Additionally, Chet H. Swisher and Scott A. Schuler will step into leadership roles for commercial and personal lines operations, respectively.
