Chubb’s Gamification in Action

Recall: Chubb launched its Small Commercial Marketplace in April – with a rewards component. The insurer designed 24 badges that can be earned based on different types and levels of activity. Agents-slash-winners can later redeem badges for an Amazon gift card; to name one type of reward.
