Chubb partners with BBVA

Chubb has partnered with BBVA to offer fully digital travel insurance to the bank’s customers in Germany.

Customers can purchase customizable coverage for individuals, couples and families through an end-to-end digital journey, from quote to purchase. BBVA also offers travel-related benefits including cashback and no foreign exchange fees on card purchases.

The partnership extends Chubb’s strategy of distributing travel insurance through financial institutions, airlines and travel platforms.

Existing arrangements include Korean Air, which offers Chubb coverage through its website and app; Canadian digital bank Neo Financial; and DBS Bank through its Travel Marketplace.
